All submissions must be completed by October 22, 23:59 PT.
After that moment, a full code freeze applies — no further edits, pushes, or model changes.
Every team must provide the full final package:

Some challenges may require specific assets, reports, or files.
Keep in mind that additional prizes and jury sympathy awards may depend largely on your presentation, so be sure to highlight the key role of agentic systems in your solution.

Optional supporting links are welcome — for example, a link to your deployed project or live demo.
Each challenge will be reviewed by its mentors / challenge masters.
In exceptional cases, the final decision rests with them.
Some tracks may also have extra criteria due to their unique nature. If so, these will be shared together with the challenge description.
